Greenbelt Festival: volunteer with the URC

Volunteer with The URC at Greenbelt team at this year’s Greenbelt Festival taking place 22-25 August at Boughton House near Ketttering.

Applications are now being accepted from people who would like to volunteer at yoURCafe, the URC’s café venue, and with the youth engagement team.

Greenbelt is an arts, faith and justice festival with a long and rich history. The 2024 festival is themed “Dream on”. Learn more about the theme by reading a blog written by Paul Northup, Greenbelt’s Creative Director.

The deadline for applications is Saturday 20 April and the aim will be to inform you by Thursday 25 April if you’ve been successful.

Now in its third year, yoURCafe offers food saved from landfill, crafts, talks, music and more. By volunteering here, you’ll also get to enjoy all the activities the festival has to offer, as well as the exciting opportunity of being part of the URC’s team. To say thank you, you will receive a complimentary weekend pass, food vouchers and a car or caravan pass.

To volunteer on the youth engagement team, you’ll need to be 18+ and enjoy supporting 12–17-year-olds? This opportunity also comes with festival benefits, training and support. Please email the Children’s and Youth team if you’d like more information.
