It is so hard to not get caught up in the commercial side of Christmas.
Reuben Watt, Moderator of the United Reformed Church Youth Assembly, asks: “What happens if we stripped back the lights, the carol singers, the Christmas tree and go back 2000 years to Jesus laid in a manger surrounded by his parents?
“Why was this son of God sent to us? How can we reflect on God’s love through the sending of Jesus?”
