The Secretary leads a small team which has responsibility for all aspects of the provision and care of Ministers, Church Related Community Workers and Assembly Accredited Lay Preachers and is a vital part of the Discipleship leadership team. 
You will have a good understanding of the ecclesiology of the URC with the ability to relate to others both in and outside the denomination. You will need an eye for detail and the temperament to work within the defined procedures and systems. Juggling competing demands is an essential part of the role.
