NOTE: Walking the Way resource for Covid-19 - Continuing to support each other - available here.

Walking the Way is the United Reformed Church’s focus on whole-of-life discipleship. It’s not a programme or initiative. Instead, it’s all about celebrating and sharing existing experience and wisdom about what it means to empower people to be the presence of Jesus through their everyday lives, across the denomination, and beyond.

The Walking the Way steering group produces some resources to help people keep thinking about what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, but its main aim is share inspiring stories of everyday discipleship, signpost people to useful resources through the Walking the Way resource map and helping the United Reformed Church to think about what else it needs to do to equip whole-of-life disciples.

Stepwise, which is offered as part of Walking the Way, is the United Reformed Church's intergenerational discipleship development programme, focussed firmly on the needs of each participant and the communities in which they live and serve. Learn how you can get involved here.

If you need any further information or have stories to share about missional discipleship where you are, please e-mail wtw@urc.org.uk or call us on 020 7520 2718. We'd love to hear from you!
