What policies do I have to provide for my staff?

When issuing a contract for your employee, some standard policies should also be provided. You should make sure that the following basic policies are issued:

  • Capability procedure;
  • Disciplinary procedure;
  • Grievance procedure;
  • Equalities policy;
  • Health & Safety policy;
  • Paternity policy;
  • Maternity policy; and
  • Flexible Working policy
